Good fresh H20 baitcast setup????

Any thoughts on a good baitcast setup? I've fished mostly salt and spinning reels, but am looking to upgrade some of my older freshwater gear and do a bit more as I travel the state in the spring and can stop places and throw in a line. Something that can handle bigger fish, won't break the bank but I don't want to skimp on a crap reel. Want to keep my eyes open during the end of season sales. Advice, recommendations would be appreciated. Thanks.

I have a sweet baitcasting setup i am selling. It is in Fence it. PM me and I can give you more details. But I know bassman expressed interest in it as well. So if he doesn't bite....you got dibs.
It's an Abu-Garcia 9000 (it's a M-MH setup, great for LMB, or Cat's, and some light saltwater (inshore). The reel i used four times (maybe) for cat fishing, and the rod is an UglyStik. Letting it go for $125, the reel cost ($120). I am really off loading it to fund my fly fishing addiction. If interested holla at me.

check out heckler's setup if you can...i would get it if i had money to burn ..but i am broke!i have heard nothing but great things about abu-garcia baitcast reels.....if that doesnt tickle your fancy pm bassman, he can recommend many things as he only throws lures at bass and he is informative about bassing.
