great day not to spend inside...water was cold....42-45 degrees...windy....no problem...we headed out and got reverse skunkage...rna lead the way on his trusty boat...we only fished for 2hrs and i managed to get a 3-4 lb bass on the sllllooooowwww side(till the end)...in winter? not a bad day at all...1st day of the year=awesome...this favorite pond of rna's is awesome...i can't wait to hit it after work in the summer....and it's a great spot for kids....looks to be way more than promising....beats west hill lake any day of the week!....i got the bass on a spinnergrub jigheaded lure..when my comp is acting less funny i will upload the photo of the lure and some scenery ....and another outake vid....Rna is a funny dude....if i video'd him all the time we would have a fishing show deal in 2 seconds

60s Thr. and Friday. I know where I'll be! Going to catch a few of those bass looking for a big spring meal!

Stopped by today. First day to hit 60+ with a big temp shift from the am to pm. Knew bass would bite. Not in the boat, but best guess is shallows would have to come up to upper 40s. Caught 2 smaller bass. Nothing the size of Meatloafs the othr day. I'd wager that one would be close to 4. I had planned to drop the boat in tomorrow afternoon, but if the wind is blowing in the 20's I probably won't bother. I'll spend all of my time fighting the drift without a remote or foot contolled trolling motor.

4 today (small), but the guy who beat me to the bank I wanted to fish got 2 4lb'ers. They dropped the water level 2 ft. today so I could't launch my boat. Not sure why.
