Lower CT Stripers

Reports have all been that the herring is up and down the rivers and that the stripers are picking up. Thinking about going down to Baldwin Bridge to put in Sunday. Threw in a line in Norwich harbor last week, but came up empty. Birds were feeding, however, just down out of casting distance, and you know fish were underneath pushing that bait up.
